Cynthia PhươngAnh Lê (xinh) is a Việtnamese American artist and cultural producer based in the Bay Area on Ohlone land. With roots in central Việt Nam and diasporic communities in California, their practice is shaped by collective memory, ancestral knowledge, and a deep belief in culture as something lived and shared. Working across sound, food, radio, and participatory gatherings, xinh create intimate spaces for listening, storytelling, and connection that function as living archives. xinh is the founder of Sea2Sea, an ongoing multimedia project exploring memory, migration, and belonging through collective care.
